Shipping & Delivery

Carriers: We use various carriers (Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, Purolator, Loomis) to ensure the fastest and most cost-effective delivery to your area. Rural addresses and PO boxes are serviced by Canada Post.

Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 1-4 business days.

Shipping Time: Delivery within Canada usually takes 1-7 business days (1-3 days for Western Canada, 5-7 days for Eastern Canada) for non-freight items. Freight items require additional processing and are subject to the freight carrier's schedule. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., weather, holidays). We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Tracking: Tracking information is emailed to you once your order ships and is also available in your account.

Order Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it without penalty. After this time, please contact us at [email address removed]. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Incorrect Address: Contact us immediately via your order confirmation email, or the contact page on our website if you entered an incorrect address.

Shipping Policy Terms:

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If a package is returned undeliverable, we will issue a store credit (minus shipping) or you can pay for reshipment.
  • Refused Shipments: If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for original shipping charges and return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Delivered but Not Received: Contact your postal service directly if your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered.
  • Delivery Time Estimates: Delivery times are estimates and do not include weekends or holidays. Processing time may also add a few days to delivery.
  • Customs and Duties: We are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your country. Please check with your local post office for applicable fees.

BOWSERS:

Bowsers products are shipped via UPS Ground throughout Canada and the Contiguous United States. To request an international shipping quote, please email info@tonynines.com.

Please allow 10 – 14 days from order date to receive your order. This lead time may change during peak periods from October to December. Some exceptions are made for specific products: All bed/fabric items are made to order, so please allow a 2-3 week delivery timeframe (from time of order receipt).

Once your order ships, you will receive an email including your invoice, and UPS tracking information.

Please allow 24 – 48 hours for your tracking to show activity.
